You’re traveling for work, for the holidays, for an emergency (or for any reasons) and need to board your dogs somewhere safe and reliable? Come to us! Our team of dog lovers (who all have our own dogs) are happy to provide a home-away-from-home experience for your fur kiddies!

Boarding hours:

• Check in time is from 7am – 2pm. No check-in allowed after 2pm – your dog(s) will need time to settle down if they, their doggie roommates and human roommates (our staff!) are to have a good night’s sleep.
• Check out time is from 7am – 12pm; if your dogs check out after 12pm, daycare rate will apply. Last check out for boarding is by 7pm.
• If you cannot pick up your dogs before 7pm, please kindly wait to pick up the next day, so the dogs who are staying overnight (and our neighbors) are not disturbed.

For boarding, we require that all dogs:

• Be neutered or spayed if older than 6 months
• Be fully vaccinated – dog parents must send us photos of vaccination records prior to coming for the first time
• Have had flea and tick treatments within the last month prior to boarding
• Wear a collar or harness (name tag is a plus!)
• Have completed a trial session prior to boarding and been approved for boarding
• Note: we do not accept teacup-sized dogs (fully grown dogs weighing 3kg / 6lbs or less)

Boarding must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-in clients.

What will your dogs be doing when they board with us:

• Exercise: we walk boarding dogs daily (weather permits). During daytime, the dogs will be outside in one of our 2 large yards under tree shade where they can run, play, chase and wrestle with suitable playmates or relax and get petted by our staff. When it gets too sunny or rains, we move all dogs to our large indoor space with fan and air conditioning so the dogs can keep playing or rest and nap as they wish. Clean water is provided in every section (no food allowed outside of meal time).
• Sleep: we offer your dogs their own beds or our beds where they can sleep with our staff (and cuddle! Lots of cuddles!) in the staff’s bedrooms. We are an open space that do not use cage.
• Eat: please bring your dogs’ food along for boarding so there is no change in your dogs’ diet. Being away from home and missing family are stressful enough for your fur babies. Some lose appetite, others may vomit or have diarrhea and the last thing we want is new, unfamiliar food on top of everything. If your dogs eat wet food, please pack each meal in a separate bag. We may need to freeze the food for storage. We have microwave to heat up food before serving.
• Emergency: we require all owners to provide 2 emergency contacts, one of whom must be in Ho Chi Minh City and one for your dog’s vet. In case you don’t have a chosen vet, when necessary, we will take your dogs to the closest veterinary services based on availability.
• All dogs are supervised 24/7 by trained staff.

All dogs must attend a FREE trial session and be approved for boarding before using our service.

This meet and greet session is for your dog(s) to meet ours dogs and staff and check out our space. For the trial: please drop off your dog(s) at our place from Monday to Saturday, between 10am to 2pm, and pick up 03 hours later. Dog parents don’t have to stay during the session.

We reserve the rights to decline services to any clients who display signs of illness, aggression, severe anxiety or disruptive behaviors such as excessive barking or teething that will stress out the dogs in our care.

Sometimes we don’t recommend boarding for your dogs, in which case we can give you referrals for pet sitters. Why? If your dogs have severe separation anxiety (which can get exacerbated when boarding), or are introverted dogs or older dogs who do not cope well with sharing space with lots of other dogs around, having an experienced pet sitter caring for your dogs in the comfort of home will be much more pleasant and beneficial for your dogs. Your dogs’ well-being is in our best interests and we will be honest and straightforward in giving you our recommendations.

Our boarding rate is 500k per night per dog for all size and weight. Holidays will have surcharges due to higher cost of operations. Please contact us at 086.555.1700 for specific inquiries.
