Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you offer discount? No, and the reason is that we go to great length to take good care of your dogs everyday, and good care for your dogs should never be discounted.
  2. What are the differences between dog park, daycare and boarding?
    • Dog park: owners can walk in and off-leash their dogs in a fenced area, hang out with friends and other dogs in the same area.
    • Dog daycare: dog parents drop off their dogs to be in our care for the day (then go to work/school/spa/shopping, etc.) and pick up their dogs on the way home.
    • Dog boarding: dogs stay with us overnight while dog parents are away on trips.
  3. Why does my dog need to be neutered or spayed for daycare and boarding? Intact dogs and dogs in heat raise the stress levels of all dogs in an area, as the intact males compete against one another for the female’s attention, while the females in heat have to constantly fight off unwanted attention from the males. Even if your dog is normally relaxed and friendly, he or she may exhibit aggression or fear in response to a high stress environment. As such, this rule is for us to keep our place safe, peaceful and welcoming for all the beloved dogs in our care. For dog parks, owners are responsible for their own dogs; however, if a dog is too disruptive or appear to have an infectious disease, our employees will ask the dog(s) and owner(s) to leave our facility immediately.
  4. What are the risks of boarding and daycare?
  • Stress and injuries: Sending your dog to daycare and boarding is similar to sending your child to kindergarten with other kids. Most of our clients do not encounter any issues, however, there are definitely risks in an open, free-play environment with multiple dogs.  Accidents happen, and there is a possibility of your dogs getting sick or hurt . It is your responsibility to research and be aware of all the risks. Some of these risks include but are not limited to: nips, bites, scratches, illness, injury, allergies, or stress-related illnesses (vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, etc.). We supervise all dogs 24/7 and do our best to prevent accidents, but in case anything happens, we will inform you immediately and take your dogs to the vet if necessary.
  • Parasites (ticks, fleas, etc.): We sanitize all of our facility daily, but there is still a risk of your dogs catching parasites from the environment outside of our facility, as there are many stray dogs and street dogs in Ho Chi Minh City spreading unwanted parasites. We inspect all dogs at reception and will decline any clients who appear to be infected/infectious. We highly recommend all dogs to be on a tick and flea treatment schedule to reduce the risks.
  • Kennel cough: This is a common respiratory illness that occurs in facilities that are not well ventilated or not sanitized properly.

5. Do you accept puppies? Yes, as long as they’re 2 months or older and fully vaccinated. We offer a special Puppy-Only 03 hour daycare for a flat rate of 100k, regardless of their weight class. As long as your pup is between 2-6 months old, he/she is welcome to try our daycare for 03 hours a day for a flat rate of 100k. The reason we offer only 03 hours is that some puppies will play non-stop (so much fun!) even if their bodies are dog-tired. If we allow puppies to do this, then daycare turns from beneficial (great for socializing and exercising) to detrimental (over-stimulated/ exhausted/ dehydrated, etc.). Moderation is key!
